MY BLUE BED

My cousin's pooch, a Staffie, name of Rocky.   He'd retired to his bed when I took the photo and I believe I was spouting soppy rubbish, which turns him dopey eyed and craving a tummy rub.   He lives in the UK, near Cambridge, fields all round for great walkies and (of course) he's superbly spoiled.

Portrait was done summer 2010 but never 'posted' - time it was!

WHAT'S THAT?

This has always been a fave of mine.  Brother and sister sphynx cats fascinated by fluff on a string:  the boy, Capo, is tentatively ready to take a swipe;  Lulu, for once, is letting her brother have first go - - then she'll take over!

They're about 7-8 months in this portrait - from spring 2010, it's never been 'posted' before, and is now moving into Gallery 2.

ARIEL

A gentle giant with a dramatically dark coat and silver ruff.    A rescue, Ariel is a lucky and much loved boy who lives in the country with 3 dachshunds as mates (what a crew!) and Diana as Mum.   Portrait is from summer 2010.

STARGAZER

Ulle, 'star' of recent posts, gazing up at his owner.    He can't help but be stunning, can he?

I was pleased with the title too - adds a certain mystery to it if you don't know what he's looking at.

Ulle again, very gracefully taking a treat from his owner's hand.

An elegant and strikingly good looking pose - so different from the "shlump" on the sofa!    Whatever he does, he does superbly.

Can you believe this?!
Ulle the non-pareil Weimaraner shlumped out on the sofa, all four paws to the fore.   Gotta love him for being such a regular guy.

And TOMORROW watch for Ulle at height of elegance.

My PC crashed last week and am only JUST back on line with a loaner.
